Crystal McCullough has spent her entire adult life on the path of mastering nutrition. She has combined her formal education, her work with well respected nutrition coaches, experiments with her own nutrition, constant studying of the most up to date literature, and the lessons learned as she's coached nutrition clients at Mash Elite.
Crystal has competed in CrossFit and is an elite level powerlifter, competing on the National and World stage. She has coached elite level youth, junior, and senior level weightlifters alongside Travis Mash and Don McCauley. She is currently a USA Weightlifting Level 3 National Coach with multiple international junior lifters, which will make her a Level 4 International Coach in the coming months. She is an MSN/RN and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), and she is currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Exercise Science. She heads up the Silver level and Nutrition online coaching for Mash Elite Performance.
She has worked with elite athletes to help them meet their weight class requirements in multiple sports, moms wanting to lose the baby weight after giving birth, and everyone in between.
