HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Great question!

Here's exactly what happens after you sign up:

STEP 1

You'll get an email with a questionnaire. Fill it out and submit it as soon as you get it. We need that questionnaire to get your macros to you. 

STEP 2

After you submit your questionnaire, you'll get an email from your coach within 3 days with your first round of suggested macro intake.

STEP 3

Look over that email and take note of your weekly check-in day. Also look over our welcome packet full of tips and tricks to help you get started. 

STEP 4

Join the Facebook group and get cracking on your new nutrition plan.

To get the best results in our program: 

1. Follow what your coach suggests as closely as you are able.

2. Check-in with your coach weekly for guidance and potential adjustments to your plan.

3. Don't sweat the details and enjoy the process.

The initial membership is for a three-month period, and then it will be converted to an ongoing month-to-month membership. We ask that you please give us a 15-day notice before terminating your membership.
