Online Video Curriculum – Mash Elite Performance

Learn about technique, programming, assessment, and coaching from a master.

We are building a resource to teach coaches and athletes everything we know about technique, programming, and coaching for the main lifts.

We want you to be a part of it and get in on the ground floor...

(This pre-order price will be the lowest ever offered.)

For years, I've given seminars across the nation on technique and programming for the main lifts. And for years, I've wanted to someday create a video seminar series and online curriculum to spread the same information online to athletes and coaches who want to have a deeper understanding of the lifts.

The events of the last few weeks have also given me a jolt. If you follow me, you know that over the last few weeks I've been talking about the epidemic of bad lifting across our middle schools and high schools. It's true in all sorts of gyms across the country. I've been talking about how unhealthy and serious that is and how we need to change. And I've enjoyed touching base with so many of you coaches out there who are as concerned and as energized as I am.

These two factors have led us to this moment. We're embarking on a huge project here at Mash Elite - we want to create an online video curriculum that is better than anything else out there.

We are starting the long process of creating this video curriculum on technique, programming, coaching, assessment, mobility, and so much more.

We want athletes watching and taking their lifts to new levels. We want coaches watching and learning strategies for working with athletes young and old. We have hopes that this could become THE resource for coaches and lifters to improve.

Creating this resource will require more time and more money than anything else we've done before. We don't want to work hard at something and then find out no one likes it or wants it. We don't want to create something that doesn't help people. We don't want to invest so much into building a resource that misses critical areas.

So we had an idea...

What if we worked with a small group of people to create a resource they really want?

We're going to consult these people every step of the way to make sure our video curriculum series would be something that will help them... and something that will help coaches and athletes across the world.

And this small group of people will receive our video curriculum series at a fraction of the cost. (They're going to pay less than 40% of the final price - so they'll save over 60%.)

You can play a part by pre-ordering...

Right now we're opening up this resource for pre-order. You can pre-order the video series to be part of this group that will help us mold this resource into something amazing. And in exchange for believing in this project and paying up front, you'll receive lifetime access to this amazing resource at a fraction of the normal price.

This will be the lowest price ever for this resource. It will never even come close to this price again.

Yes, this means that you'll pay now and the video curriculum series won't be done for a while. But the good news is that you will get to be part of its creation by giving us your feedback and input. We'll be answering your questions the whole time. As we finish up parts of the resource, we'll be getting them to you. And then when it's all done, you'll have a resource we hope is amazing - a resource you helped build - a resource that you will have received at a massive discount.

We want this online video curriculum series to be something that benefits coaches and athletes - beginners, intermediates, and advanced.

Are you a new coach?

This resource will teach you the foundations of technique and coaching so that you can confidently work with all manner of athletes in a safe and effective manner.

Are you an experienced coach?

For even the most experienced coaches, this video series will include a deep look at some of the advanced cues and tactics that Mash Elite has used on our lifters of all levels. We'll also be looking at what the latest science says on what matters and what doesn't.

Are you an athlete?

With this video series, you'll be able to take a fresh look at your own technique and movement - and you'll learn some great cues, drills, and exercises to fix your technique flaws.

What about coaching middle school and high school?

We love people who coach kids, and serving you is a huge reason we want to make this video series! We'll be talking about strategies for assessment, safety, movement standards, progressions and regressions, technique, and programming. We'll also be looking at how to deal with situations like short training sessions and large groups of athletes.

What about CrossFit?

CrossFit is all about performing the main lifts at high speeds and high repetitions, so technique is crucial. This resource will help improve performance - but it will also help prevent breakdowns in technique that lead to problems down the road. And CrossFit coaches will learn many new skills to help their athletes deal with mobility and movement issues.

What about football, soccer, baseball, or other sports?

The main lifts are a staple in strength and conditioning programs. We'll be talking about getting better at the lifts - but also performing them in a way that will transfer to the field of play. We'll also cover considerations for training during the in-season, off-season, etc.

What about Olympic weightlifters or powerlifters?

We work with some of the best weightlifters and powerlifters around, and we're still making tweaks and improvements to their technique. You better believe this resource will be for you guys and gals. And for new and intermediate lifters, this will get you on the fast-track to reaching the next level.

Here's a brief overview of some of what we hope to cover in this resource. The great thing is that we can expand on this as we get your input and transform this resource into something tailored for your success.

When will this curriculum be available?

We'll begin immediately getting your input on what would make this product great. Then we'll get to work.

We'll be releasing videos bit by bit as we finish them. And we'll be here to answer your questions the whole time.

It will probably be several weeks until we start to release the initial few videos. It may take a few months until the entire thing is wrapped up and finished. Of course it may be much quicker - and we'll be working hard on it. (This is something we're excited about, so we're not going to delay!)

What if I want a refund?

We understand it's a huge risk to pay up front for a product that's not created yet. But don't worry - we'll take care of you. If you're not happy - let us know and we'll refund your money.

How can I give feedback and input on the video curriculum?

When you pre-order, we'll send you an email with the details - but basically we'll be in contact through email and also a special facebook group just for those who pre-order this resource.

I have some other questions...

No problem - hit us up at and we'll take care of you.
