If you look at the way I program for my athletes, you’ll notice we regularly use certain drills. I do this for members of my onsite team and the online team.

Let me explain today in this video WHY we use the drills that we do. Just randomly performing drills is pointless. We have a very particular strategy to use these drills as tools to correct specific weaknesses.
