Coach Travis Mash
This is the clinic series that stands above all others.
Over five separate days, Coach Travis Mash will personally guide you through technique and programming for the Olympic lifts and the power lifts - as well as business and the art of coaching.
For coaches who want a well-rounded base of knowledge for all things strength, this is the series for you.
For athletes who want an expert coach's eyes on their lifts (and a deeper understanding of programming and science), this is the series for you.
For professionals in the industry who want to hone their business and coaching skills as well as their barbell skills, this is the series for you.
Coach Travis Mash
With over three decades of training experience, Coach Mash has been a powerlifting world champion and once held the all-time pound-for-pound world record. He is the head coach for the most successful weightlifting team in America, he has coached Team USA multiple times, and his athletes have medalled again and again at international competitions.
As a strength and conditioning coach, he's trained athletes of all ages and all levels from soccer moms to NFL superstars. He also quickly built Mash Elite Performance from its humble beginnings in the back of a local gym to a six figure facility - and to now an online empire.
Whether you want to learn about programming, technique, business, building a team - or just about any other aspect of coaching - Coach Travis Mash is someone you will want to listen to.
The seminar series will take place at Coach Travis Mash's amazing gym, LEAN Fitness Systems, in Lewisville, NC.

If you'd like to only attend a few days in this seminar series:
REGISTRATION FOR EACH DAY IS ONLY $200
(You're invited to attend events, you'll receive live feed access, and you'll receive access to recordings for all events - including any of these seminars that have already occurred.)
What if I can't make one of the dates?
That's precisely why we're live streaming! Feel free to register and you'll be able to watch a live stream if you can't attend in person.
Will there be a recording available?
For those who register, we will live stream the clinic and make a recording of that stream available for access. We will not be selling the recordings at a later date, so the only way to access the recording will be to register for the seminar.
Does this clinic series give CE (Continuing Education) credits?
We are in the process of registering for those and we're hopeful that the answer is yes!
What is the plan for food?
We'll be going out to local restaurants for lunch and dinner - and you are free to tag along if you wish. You're also welcome to bring some snacks if you want
Will we be lifting?
We will have a practical hands-on portion for many of the seminars - so bring your lifting shoes and belt if you'd like to use those. If you don't want to lift, that's perfectly fine - you can just observe.
Is there a recommended hotel close by?
The Quality Inn in Clemmons is a short drive away and has good rates.
