Learn about technique, programming, assessment, and coaching from a master.
I have spent months building a resource for coaches and athletes - to teach them everything I know about technique, programming, and coaching for the main lifts.
For years, I've given seminars across the nation on technique and programming for the main lifts. And for years, I've wanted to create a video seminar series and online curriculum to spread the same information online to athletes and coaches who want to have a deeper understanding of the lifts.
After months of work, this project is finished and I am finally ready for you to see it!
I want athletes watching and taking their lifts to new levels. I want coaches watching and learning strategies for working with athletes young and old. i have hopes that this could become THE resource for coaches and lifters to improve.
I believe this online video curriculum series is something that benefits coaches and athletes - beginners, intermediates, and advanced.
Are you a new coach?
This resource will teach you the foundations of technique and coaching so that you can confidently work with all manner of athletes in a safe and effective manner.
Are you an experienced coach?
For even the most experienced coaches, this video series will include a deep look at some of the advanced cues and tactics that Mash Elite has used on our lifters of all levels. We'll also be looking at what the latest science says on what matters and what doesn't.
Are you an athlete?
With this video series, you'll be able to take a fresh look at your own technique and movement - and you'll learn some great cues, drills, and exercises to fix your technique flaws.
What about coaching middle school and high school?
I love people who coach kids, and serving you is a huge reason I wanted to make this video series! We'll be talking about strategies for assessment, safety, movement standards, progressions and regressions, technique, and programming. We'll also be looking at how to deal with situations like short training sessions and large groups of athletes.
What about CrossFit?
CrossFit is all about performing the main lifts at high speeds and high repetitions, so technique is crucial. This resource will help improve performance - but it will also help prevent breakdowns in technique that lead to problems down the road. And CrossFit coaches will learn many new skills to help their athletes deal with mobility and movement issues.
What about football, soccer, baseball, or other sports?
The main lifts are a staple in strength and conditioning programs. We'll be talking about getting better at the lifts - but also performing them in a way that will transfer to the field of play.
What about Olympic weightlifters or powerlifters?
I work with some of the best weightlifters and powerlifters around, and we're still making tweaks and improvements to their technique. You better believe this resource will be for you guys and gals. And for new and intermediate lifters, this will get you on the fast-track to reaching the next level.

Travis Mash has spent decades studying the barbell. He is one of the few people - if not the only one - to bridge the worlds of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and athletic strength and conditioning.
Travis was a World Champion in powerlifting. He competed in a world-class level in Olympic weightlifting. He coached professional Olympic weightlifters alongside Don McCauley and Glenn Pendlay at Team MDUSA and went on to coach the Mash Mafia - which quickly grew to be the most successful weightlifting team in America.
He has coached 8-year-olds, CrossFit competitors, high school athletes landing D-1 scholarships, NFL players, elite powerlifters, average Joes wanting to get in shape, Olympic hopefuls, and even middle-aged mothers who struggled to do a weightless squat.
No one else understands all aspects of the barbell better than Travis Mash. And now he is eager to share his insight with you.
