  • 3×1@ 310# then AMRAP set with 6 reps

B) Deficit Deadlift (5 seconds up, 5 seconds down with light tng):

  • 3×5 @ 240#

C1) Press:

  • 5×5 @ 88#

C2) Chest Supported DB Row:

  • 30# DB/hand x 12×5

Cardio:

  • Partner 1  – sled drag down & back (~40m & 90# + Sled)
  • Partner 2 – FLR
  • x 2 Rounds
  • Assault Bike easy x 2 min
  • 3 Total Rounds ~20 min
