Doing a competition tomorrow for fun and also coaching one of my barbell club members there so I took it a little easy today but not too easy. Not much of a taper 😛
A) Front Squat to a heavy triple:
- up to 255. Missed 3rd rep at 265.
B) No feet snatch:
- 85x3x2, 105x3x2, 115x3x2, 125x3x2
C) Clean from hip + Jerk:
- 105×2, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215 missed jerk, missed jerk
