Everything You Need to Compete in Weightlifting
Doug Larson - Travis Mash - Dr. Andy Galpin
Clean and Jerk. Snatch.
No other movements are as beautiful, and no other method of training makes athletes more powerful.
But let's face it: no other movements are as challenging to master.
That's where Comp Camp comes in. This weekend-long seminar is designed to improve your weightlifting and to get you prepared for the competition platform.
You'll be learning from the best coaches and minds in strength. You'll be spending the weekend in a room full of other people who love lifting. You'll be on your way to smashing PRs, winning competitions, and being the best weightlifter that you can be.
This is for three types of people:
Will we be lifting at the seminar?
You better believe we will. We'll be having multiple technique sessions for you to refine your movement. We'll also be going heavy for one of the training sessions during the weekend.
Doug Larson simply loves movement and training. He's a founder of Barbell Shrugged and TechniqueWOD with 20+ years weightlifting experience, Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Kinesiology, expertise in biomechanics, movement and technique of snatches, cleans, jerks and squats.
Want to improve your movement, form or technique? Doug has you covered.
Coach Mash sent more athletes to the Weightlifting World Championships in 2017 than any other coach in America. With over three decades of training experience, he has been a powerlifting world champion and once held the all-time pound-for-pound world record. As a coach, he's trained athletes of all ages and all levels from soccer moms to NFL players and world-class weightlifters.
Want to get brutally strong? Travis will make it happen.
Dr. Andy Galpin
Andy Galpin holds a PhD in Human Bioenergetics and is currently a tenured Professor in the Center for Sport Performance at Cal State Fullerton where he runs the Biochemistry and Molecular Exercise Physiology Laboratory. But he's not just brainy - he's also a stout weightlifter, landing a top 10 finish at the National Championships "back in the day."
Want to know what the latest research says about how to build muscle, get stronger, or lose body fat? Andy will telepathically transfer this knowledge directly to your brain while you're here.
Go ahead and save the dates on your calendar:
