A) Snatch Ladder Competition WOD: Based off of 200# instead of 209

  • 0-3 min: 70% x 9 (140#)
  • 3-6 min: 75% x 7 (150)
  • 6-9 min: 80% x 5 (160)
  • 9-12 min: 85% x 3 (170)
  • 12-14 min: 90% x 2 (180)
  • 14-16 min: 95% x 2 (190) **missed and went down to 185 for a make
  • 16-18 min: 100% x 2 (200) **didn’t attempt this.

B) Upper Strength:

  • 18-15-12-9-6-3
  • Ring Rows
  • HSPU
  • The HSPU were so tough!
